A few things
you might ask.
Quick help for the everyday questions.
How do I sign in?
Enter your email address on the sign-in page, request a verification code, then enter the eight-digit code from your inbox. Google sign-in and legacy password sign-in are also available.
I haven’t received my verification code. What should I do?
Check your spam folder and confirm the email address you entered. Wait for the resend timer before requesting another code, and use the most recent email. If you’re still stuck, contact us with your account email—never send the code itself.
How does monthly usage work?
Your plan includes a monthly weighted-token allowance: Free 1×, Base 6×, Pro 14×, Hacker 40×. Models consume credits at different rates, and input and output tokens can have different weights. Your account dashboard shows spent usage, remaining allowance, and period dates.
Where can I manage my subscription?
Open your account dashboard to view your subscription, available plan changes, cancellation controls, and any scheduled changes. Check the details shown before confirming a change.
I paid, but my plan hasn’t updated. What should I do?
Return to your account dashboard and refresh your subscription status. If it still hasn’t updated, email us your account email, payment date, and payment reference. Please don’t include card details.
Which platforms does Bezier support?
Bezier is currently available for Windows 64-bit. macOS support is coming soon. You can find the Windows download on the homepage.
How do I report a bug?
Choose Report a bug in the form and include your app version, operating system, steps to reproduce the issue, and what you expected to happen. You can attach screenshots in your email app before sending.
Can I request a feature or ask about my data?
Yes. Send us your idea using Feature request, or choose Sign-in & account for account and data questions. For details about how data is handled, read our Privacy Policy.
