Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Bezier, Inc.’s website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping access to your account secure. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and comply with applicable laws when using the Service.

Plans, usage, and payments

Bezier offers a free plan and paid monthly plans. Each plan has a weighted-token allowance, which is shown on the website and in your account. We meter usage to apply that allowance and display usage for the current billing period.

Paid checkout is provided by Razorpay in India and Polar outside India. The plan, amount, and billing period are presented before you authorize payment. Your account reflects a paid entitlement only after Bezier’s billing service confirms it. Payment processing and payment details are subject to the payment provider’s terms.

You can request plan changes and cancellation from your account when billing is available. Upgrades may take effect immediately, while downgrades and cancellations may be scheduled for the end of the current billing period. Your account will show any pending change and the date it takes effect. You may undo a scheduled change while that option is available. Payment confirmations and account updates can take time to arrive.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, disrupt or compromise the Service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, or create or deploy harmful code. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any output before relying on or deploying it.

AI-generated output

Bezier may generate suggestions, code, and other output based on your instructions. Output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for your use of the output, including security review, testing, intellectual-property clearance, and compliance with laws and third-party terms.

Our service

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product development. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Bezier will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
