Overview

Bezier, Inc. (“Bezier,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the Bezier website, desktop app, and related services. This policy explains how we handle account, usage, and subscription information across those services.

Information we collect

When you create or use an account, we process your email address, account identifier, and any profile details you provide. If you sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile information needed to identify your account, such as your name and email address. We do not request access to Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, contacts, photos, or other Google account data.

To meter the service, we record weighted-token usage and related monthly allowance information, including usage reservations, period dates, and any bonus balance. We also keep account plan and subscription state, such as the selected plan, billing period, pending plan changes, cancellation state, and payment-provider identifiers and status.

When you choose a paid plan, Razorpay processes payments for customers in India; Polar processes payments for customers outside India through secure hosted checkout. Bezier receives billing and transaction status information needed to manage your subscription; payment details you enter at checkout are handled by the payment provider.

How we use information

We use account information to provide sign-in, maintain your account across the website and desktop app, provide support, and protect the service. Usage information helps apply plan allowances and show your usage. Subscription information lets us confirm purchases, manage plan changes and cancellations, and display your current billing state.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising. We share information with service providers that operate Bezier, including Supabase for account and database services, Railway for the billing gateway, and Razorpay or Polar for payment processing. We may also disclose information when required by law or needed to protect the rights, security, and integrity of Bezier or its users.

Google account data is used only to provide sign-in and account functionality. We do not use it for advertising or disclose it for unrelated purposes.

Storage and retention

We retain account, usage, and subscription information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain billing records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect this information.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us. You may stop using Google sign-in at any time; doing so does not automatically delete your Bezier account. You can review your plan and usage or manage available billing changes in your account area.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our service changes. If we do, we will post the revised version here and update its effective date.
